The room was clean and newly renovated, featuring a TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker, and the breakfast hours were convenient.

Incredibly comfortable bed. Lots of staff on hand and all were very friendly. Lots to choose from for breakfast. Very quiet. Lobby and dining area were especially nice

Some mold around the grout area in the tub. Everything else was really nice and clean, well maintained.

Customer service at breakfast was good and attentive to our needs. The front desk people were nice.

The first room we checked into, the toilet did not flush. Luckily that was noticed before we unpacked. They gave us another room and we toted our stuff to it. We noticed the AC was loud and it didn't seem to be very cold but we went out to eat and then came back and went to bed. The AC made noise all night and wasn't very cold. So we called the next morning and they gave us another room. We are an elderly handicapped couple and we packed up and moved all of our stuff to another room again. No one offered to help us. That room was okay but the card keys didn't work on the outside doors and we had to keep going back to get them re-activated...almost every time we went outside.

We had a great experience with the spacious room offering a king-sized bed and a refrigerator, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay.

The staff was very friendly, and my husband loved the breakfast. We stayed there because it was close to family that lives in the area.

House keeping could have been a little earlier to clean our room. Returned to room after a full day and the maids had not cleaned the room.

The bar offered a variety of breakfast options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was excellent, especially for accessing the baseball field, Louisiana boardwalk, and casinos. The bathroom had convenient outlet access.

Staying at the hotel was excellent, I would stay there again. It had favourable and magnificent location not far from restaurants near by, the Louisiana boardwalk, and passing through out the night. It also was in a safe area.

First of all the staff was A+. The breakfast was awesome, and the atmosphere was superb. The quiet rooms makes this an excellent choice for personal retreats. Parking is very convenient. I'm hooked! I don't know if I will ever stay at any other venue when I visit Bossier City.

The rooms have the older AC units which attach to the wall. The unit in my room had a hum which could get a little loud. It would stop humming whenever I mashed on the frame. (I only had to do this a couple of times). This is very minor to me when I consider all the great things I enjoyed.

Had a great time here and would definitely come back. Really enjoyed the hotel and exploring the area! 🌟

Hampton Inn is comfy and clean.

They SAY they are pet friendly, but there was a undisclosed $50 non-refundable pet fee that they smacked me with. I feel this is more Booked.net´s fault than Hampton Inn. Most every Hamptom Inn also has a lovely hot tub. This one did not. That, too, I feel was omitted by Booked.net.

The room was newly decorated and cheap. the beds were comfortable. the hotel is so close to SHV airport. It is located in a safe area and is perfect if you are in Shreveport on business.
